DIRECTIONS

From 84 East

Exit 10. Make right at the traffic light. At the next light, make a left onto North Plank Road, which turns into Leroy, then into Water Street (about 1.25 mi.) Make a left onto Fourth Street. Waters Edge Salon and Spa is on the other side of the train tracks.

From 84 West

Exit 10 South. Make a right at the exit. At the light make a right. Go through one light and make a left at the next light onto North Plank Road, which turns into Leroy, then into Water Street (about 1.25 mi.) Make a left onto Fourth Street. Waters Edge Salon and Spa is on the other side of the train tracks.

From the Thruway

Exit 17. Follow 17K East, which turns into Broadway. At the end of Broadway, make a left onto Colden Street and follow to the bottom of the hill. Waters Edge Salon and Spa is on the other side of the train tracks.

From 9W South

Follow 9W South. Make a left onto Broadway. At the end of Broadway, make a left onto Colden Street and follow to the bottom of the hill. Waters Edge Salon and Spa is on the other side of the train tracks.

From 9W North / West Point

Follow 9W North. Turn right onto Broadway. At the end of Broadway, make a left onto Colden Street and follow to the bottom of the hill. Waters Edge Salon and Spa is on the other side of the train tracks.

Waters Edge trained staff will help you customize a memorable experience for someone special. Please inquire at the front desk.

GENERAL INFORMATION, AMENITIES & CONSIDERATIONS

Arrival:  Please arrive 20 minutes prior to appointments for packages.  10 minutes for any other service.  This allows you time to leisurely change into your robe & slippers without feeling rushed.  Spend time in our relaxation room before your treatments begin.  Service times will be shortened to accommodate late arrivals.  The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Cell phone policy - we understand the desire to keep in touch.  However, in consideration of all our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.

Spa attire - comfy robes, slippers, and personal lockers are provided for your use during your visit.  We recommend wearing something comfortable.

Health conditions:  Please disclose any medical conditions and/or medications including topical treatment creams you are currently taking as some treatments and services maybe contraindicated.

Cancellations:  Please allow 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid a full service charge.

Gratuities are appreciated and are not included in pricing or gift cards.  Not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.  Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuities.

Visa, MasterCard, & Discover are appreciated.  We are unable to include gratuities in your credit charge.

We also love children, however we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.

We regret we cannot be responsible for loss or personal articles.

There will be  a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.
